Anne Marie Frost is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual, dedicated and focused on patient care.
She is an independent and self-motivated professional with excellent research and writing skills; able to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues at all organizational levels
She is a strong communicator with particular skills in listening, supporting, and dealing with challenging behaviors.
After completing her masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Evangel University, she worked as the Director of Traffic Referral Services at the Safety Council of the Ozarks for 5 years. She worked as a professional trainer at the Missouri Substance Abuse Professionals Credentialing Board (MSAPCB) in Jefferson City for 2 years while she was a Counselor at Clarity Recovery & Wellness center at Springfield. Anne also worked at the Arc of the Ozarks as a counselor for 2 years before joining EmoLogic Clinic in November 2016.
Anne uses mostly cognitive behavioral therapy and supportive therapy to help her clients. She is skilled at helping patients struggling with emotional problems, substance abuse related issues and compulsive behaviors. She has experience dealing with patients on an individual basis, in a group setting and also marriage counseling.
She is very passionate about her work and this is reflected in the genuine appreciation patients feel for her.
